We have a proud record of low staff turnover and Martha, our longest serving staff member, has been with us since we opened our doors. She has now progressed to Junior Chef after joining us as a cleaner.

Thomas, our rock solid Head Chef, holds the kitchen together and is always the first to put the ovens on in the morning and to bake those delicious croissants and breakfast pastries.

Pops is your man when it comes to ensuring your catering arrives on time. There is no one who knows the back routes of Jozi quite like him.

Marisa, who recently joined us as Assistant Manager, offers extensive experience in the food industry having worked in numerous kitchens over the years. Her Italian background has brought a new flare to our fusion style food and delectable desserts.

Richard ‘Mr Nice’ Mwakisa is our very popular Floor and Bar Manager. Often specially requested to be at functions; Richard will always be sure to charm you and your guests.
